After 6 years of being a successful business coach, I transpired as a Personal Productivity Coach for Entrepreneurs two years ago. Why? In my experience with 50 plus small and medium businesses, I discovered people are crippled with personal or emotional challenges which manifest into first productivity issues and strategic business issues later.
Prior to becoming a full time coach I had worked with corporates for 11 years in 6 different sectors including Infrastructure Financing, Education, Health, Energy, Climate Change and Development. At different levels from researcher to corporate strategy. This vast experience allowed me to build cutting edge programs for entrepreneurs at the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development, where I was heading research and consulting team. My programs were later adopted by many similar institutions.
After giving results and growth to many entrepreneurs at NIESBUD I decided to take the plunge and start by own ventures.
Today apart from being a full time coach, a mother of two beautiful daughters, I run two ventures. A social venture for training women and a for profit consulting company for SMBs.
